Mit dem INNSTAR Pedal-Widerstandsband kannst du mehrere Körperpartien trainieren und bist flexibel und ortsunabhängig. Im Gegensatz zu anderen herkömmlichen Pedalwiderstandsbänder erhältst du bei uns zwei zusätzliche Griffe für mehr Arten von Übungen.  Perfekt für deine gesamte Körpermuskulatur wie z.B. Bauchmuskeln, Arme, Schultern, Brust, Gesäß und Beine.

Das Training kann durch das Variieren der Widerstandsbänder je nach Bedarf intensiviert werden.

Das Widerstandsband in GRÜN und BRAUN wird für fortgeschrittene und professionelle Benutzer empfohlen.
